The Gone Away Suppression (GAS) file, compiled by The REaD Group contains over 25 million gone-away records, is updated monthly and lists 92% of UK home-moves with 98% accuracy. National Suppression File & National Change of Address File

Containing over 30 million records, with updates of up to 2 million new names each quarter, the National Suppression File (NSF) contains confirmed gone aways from the GAS file and The Royal Mail National Change of Address (NCOA) file, as well as assumed data from the Electoral Roll delete file and postal returns from a number of high volume UK companies. Screening your data against the NSF will help you to reduce mailing costs, and maximise the responsiveness of your campaigns.

Mortascreen

Containing over 6 million records, with updates of a further 40,000 records being added each month, Mortascreen effectively identifies approximately 80% of all deaths in the UK, making it the largest and most reliable source of deceased individuals available. Screening your data against Mortascreen will not only help you to reduce mailing costs, it will also help you to avoid any negative PR associated with mailing to deceased individuals.

The Bereavement Register

The Bereavement Register contains over 2 million records, with updates of up to a further 30,000 records being added each month. The register is compiled from information given by the family and friends of the deceased, as well as funeral directors and solicitors. Again, screening against The Bereavement Register will help avoid both negative PR and unnecessary mailing costs.

Business Database Cleaning
